Anchor Manufacturing’s ROCNA SERIES structural selective pallet rack is crafted from high-quality hot rolled steel using a state-of-the-art CNC punch line, ensuring superior accuracy and speed with minimal stress on the metal. We exclusively use US rolled structural steel, stamped clips, and grade 5 nut and bolt fasteners for robust connections. The final product undergoes a UV-rated powder coat finish for long-lasting brilliance.

This ROCNA series offers the same versatility and pallet access ease as standard roll-formed racks but provides a heavier-duty, more impact-resistant solution. The overall cost of ownership is attractive due to increased durability, minimizing upright and beam replacements from abuse over the system’s life. Beam levels are adjustable in one-inch increments for optimal space utilization, and all connection points utilize nut and bolt mechanisms, eliminating the risk of beams popping out of place.

Anchor Manufacturing’s Ceylon SERIES Interchangeable Teardrop Pallet Rack is versatile for any warehouse or distribution application. Before production, each project undergoes preliminary seismic analysis and engineering.

Constructed from hot-rolled pickled in oil grade 55 US steel, our Teardrop Rack is ideal for various warehouse and distribution center needs. Teardrop Beams are precision-formed and welded using a state-of-the-art HIGH FREQUENCY continuous weld process, featuring d-ring safety clips for secure installation. The automated powder coat line ensures a durable, UV-rated finish.

The CEYLON series is fully interchangeable, allowing for easy addition of levels or replacement of damaged components. Beam levels can be adjusted in two-inch increments for optimal space utilization, and all connections are securely fastened for safety.

With load-bearing arms anchored to a large column at one end, it provides unimpeded access to the picking face.
